Thank you for accepting your offer for a place at Helen Paul Kindergarten in 2021. We look forward to welcoming your family to the HPK community.

 

HPK uses EnrolNow to streamline our enrolment process, allowing us to securely store your enrolment details and reducing the amount of paperwork for you to complete.  

 

The next stage in the enrolment process is to complete the following form;

 

Helen Paul Kindergarten - Finalisation of Offer Form

This form must be completed within seven days of receiving your offer from Bayside City Council, or your child's place in our kindergarten program may be forfeited.

 

To complete the form you will need;

• a credit or debit card to process your non-refundable Finalisation of Offer payment of $150 (plus a surcharge of $3.10).

• concession card (if applicable)

 

After completing and submitting the form, you will receive an automatic reply email requesting session preferences for your child. Please complete this form as soon as possible.
